Wollo Family
1. General
This website is managed by Wollo Family. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions. Wollo Family reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We advise you to check this page regularly.
2. Products
Wollo Family makes handmade decorative soft toys for children's rooms, crafted from old wool blankets that have been carefully cleaned. Each product is unique: color, texture, and finish may differ slightly from the photos on the website.
Please note: our plush toys are intended as decoration. They are not certified as toys and do not comply with CE toy standards. Keep them out of reach of young children without supervision.
3. Orders and payment
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. All prices are stated in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
4. Shipping information
We ship within the Netherlands (and abroad, if applicable). Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with any tracking information.
5. Exchange policy
At Wollo Family, we do not accept returns, but you can exchange items. Is your order not quite to your liking? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via Wollostuffedanimals@gmail.com.
You can exchange your product for another item from our collection, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The costs for both the return and the reshipment are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Liability
Wollo Family is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products, particularly when they have not been used in accordance with the instructions for use or warnings. Use of our decorative plush toys is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, designs, and other content on this website are the property of Wollo Family and may not be copied or used without written permission.
